Harmony that lets you enjoy life to the full
Nový Rohan is emerging as a neighbourhood that connects every aspect of modern life. A place where work, services, entertainment and relaxation are all within easy reach. A space where you can grow your career, spend time with your family, meet up with friends, or simply enjoy the calm by the Vltava. Here, work and private life don't stand against each other. On the contrary, they naturally complement one another in an environment that gives you the freedom to live each day your own way.
A home neither begins nor ends at the apartment door. It's also made up of the places where you meet your neighbours, spend time with family, or simply enjoy a moment outside. Green inner courtyards, seating areas, gazebos and thoughtfully designed public spaces create an environment for natural encounters and everyday relaxation. Nový Rohan thus brings not only housing, but also room for a real neighbourhood community to grow.
The location offers a wide range of sporting activities, from cycling and golf to the ever more popular paddleboarding on the Vltava. And thanks to the new Holka footbridge, you're in Holešovice — or Stromovka park — in just a moment.
The entire concept of Nový Rohan is based on having everything you need for living within walking distance. This will make it the perfect place for young people who want to enjoy the advantages of the city. Everything is literally within reach – cosmopolitan bars and traditional pubs. Want to go to a concert with friends, see an exhibition or savour a lazy weekend morning brunch?
