Photovoltaic panels installed on the roofs will help keep energy costs low. Responsible handling of rainwater, which will be used to irrigate the greenery around the complex, is a matter of course. Selected apartments will be equipped with a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery.
Working with our partner, ProBydlení, we offer the option of individualised modifications at the client’s request. This can include minor alterations of walls and interior space, electrical, water, wastewater, heating and ventilation installations, and the exact location of switches and power sockets.
