First, you will sign a reservation agreement and make a reservation deposit of CZK 168,000, VAT included.
This is followed by the signing of an Agreement on Future Agreement, upon which you will be asked to pay 20 % of the total purchase price.
The balance of the purchase price is payable after official approval (kolaudace in Czech) is granted.
