What are our payment terms?
First, you will sign a reservation agreement and make a reservation deposit of CZK 168,000, VAT included.
This is followed by the signing of an Agreement on Future Agreement, upon which you will be asked to pay 20 % of the total purchase price.
The balance of the purchase price is payable after official approval (kolaudace in Czech) is granted.

We can offer you the services of a financial consultant as well. These include assistance in obtaining and using a mortgage loan, processing mortgage agreements, offering advice, completing documents, and more. HypoCare is our partner in this area of financing.
