J&T REAL ESTATE has been active in the Czech real-estate development sector since 2008, pursuing the goal of actively shaping the urban development of Prague, Brno, and other cities. We develop projects that are based on attractive and unorthodox visions and designs. The objective is always to find a solution with better-than-average value for buyers and tenants as well as for local citizens and environment.
Our projects always go the extra mile, whether this means adding a work of art in public space or a park. J&T REAL ESTATE is currently developing projects worth more than 30 billion Czech crowns. The largest of these are Nový Rohan, the Trio Brno urban neighbourhood, and the Archa Smíchov residential scheme.
