We build apartment buildings designed by the best domestic architects, ranked among the prestigious TOP 100 Czech architectural studios. The first stage of Nový Rohan, which is currently on sale, comprises a total of 258 apartments. The Vincent and Prokop apartment buildings were designed by UNIT architects, which was included by the professional magazine Architect+ among this year's TOP 100 Czech studios whose work has made a significant contribution to the cultivation of the Czech architectural scene. The editorial board of ARCHITECT+ magazine, supplemented by the winners of the ARCHITECT+ magazine prize, annually selects the most interesting Czech studios whose work demonstrates not only momentary, but above all permanent creative consistency and quality.
Just as Architekt+ did when compiling the elite TOP 100 list, we at J&T Real Estate paid special attention to the selection of architects who will design the buildings at Nový Rohan. That is why the design of all the buildings in Nový Rohan are the result of an architectural competition. In addition to UNIT studios, we also selected the designs of domestic studios LOXIA, KAAMA and Under construction. Under construction was also selected among the TOP 100. You can look forward to exceptionally high-quality modern architecture in the subsequent phases of these buildings. The same goes for the design by internationally renowned Slovenian studio Bevk Perović arhitekti, which is also shaping the future urban district of Nový Rohan.
